DENTAL RECEPTION FRONT OFFICE - BILINGUAL

Beautiful office in Mission Viejo, CA looking for a motivated, friendly and hard working individual to hold our reception position. The following qualities are a definite MUST:
-Must speak English and Spanish fluently
-Can speak in a grammatically correct fashion
-A bubbly personality
-Outgoing
-Friendly
-Charismatic
Duties will include and are not limited to:
-Checking in patients
-Effectively receiving and routing incoming phone calls
-Pulling charts
-Filing patient charts
-Filing patient information
-Scanning patient information from paper to digital
-Preparing for the next day's patients
-Keep the reception area clean and organized
-Keeping coffee and refreshments stocked and ready for our patients
-Keep coffee made in the back office for all staff to enjoy
-Make charts for our new patients
-Take new patient information over the phone and enter it into computer
We are here to help our patients achieve optimum oral health and are looking for someone that is not afraid of a challenge, nor is afraid of lots of hard work.
