Full-time Dental Hygiene Coordinator

Prestigous Hyde Park dental practice is seeking an experienced hygiene coordinator to mange the administrative aspects of our hygiene department.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years work experience in dental office administration or related field. A warm, friendly, personality and a positive attitude are musts. A successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written skills, demonstrated problem solving abilities, have a great work ethic and will be polished and professional in every circumstance.
The perfect candidate will be a take charge, self-starter; a person who can work under very little supervision, starts a job and sees it through to completion.


We are looking for a positive, fun, team member who has initiative, energy and a desire to serve our patients with compassion, patience and understanding.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage patient communication
• Manage the schedule for our hygiene department
• Manage insurance as it relates to the hygiene department
• Develop patient treatment plans and financial agreements
• Generate weekly and monthly reports
