Dental Treatment Coordinator

We are a private practice seeking a highly experienced and friendly treatment coordinator. Experience in fee for service, non-HMO offices reqiured. We request that you have at least 3 years dental office experience in the following areas;
Duties include treatment planning and presentation, obtaining insurance benefits and explaining them to our patients, estimating co-pays based on out-of-network benefits, answering multiple phone lines, scheduling, account billing, and much more. Professional attire is a must. Excellent English skills are required. Softdent knowledge is a plus. Salary will be based on your qualifications and experience.
The benefits we offer are medical, dental, 401K, vacation, and holiday pay. Position is full time, four and a half days a week. The hours vary; Monday 9:30 to 5:30, Tuesday 9:00 to 6:00, Wednesday 9:30 to 5:30, Thursday 9:00 to 5:30, and Fridays half day, hours to be determined.
We are not contracted with any PPO insurance plans so we rely on excellent service from our staff and Dr. George's skills to attract our patients. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is motivated and enjoys working together to make a practice better for our patients.
