Orthodontic Front Office

We are looking for Orthodontic Front Office /Insurance Biller for a newer private orthodontic office. We are looking for 4 days depending on skills. Must have a minimum of 2 year dental/orthodontic experience. Team Player is a must.
Must have a professional appearance. You should be happy, articulate, great communication/social skills. Must be able to register new patients and provide necessary documents. Individual must be proficient on computer. Responsibilities will include front office type of duties (phones, greeting patients, and accepting payments) in addition to treatment planning, case presentation, financial arrangement, scheduling, marketing, correspondence insurance verification, billing, tracking of claims, processing of payment and follow up on accounts. Must be able to maintain being professional while friendly and taking pride in their work. Multi-tasking ,highly organized and detail oriented is a must. Dolphin software a plus.
