A well-established group dental practice in the Orange County area that has been providing quality dental care to our patients for over 25 years is looking for an Endodontist. The schedule will be approximately 1 day a week or as schedules fill up. Our practices are in a growth stage and we have an Endodontist at only one office currently, but do anticipate that we may need more days and ability to add more offices to the schedule in the near future. Although we are a group practice we like all of our offices to have an atmosphere that is more like a private practice. A successful candidate must be able to establish good patient rapport while adhering to high standards of quality dentistry.

Qualifications for the ideal Endodontist are:

Must be a Board Certified Endodontist

Must be willing to be contracted with insurance companies

Maintain proper patient treatment records

Provide excellent chair-side communication to enhance the patient experience.

Job Qualifications:

• Residency

• At least 3 years experience

• Must have Va. License

• Mature and responsible

FRONT DESK:

1. MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF PATTERSON EAGLESOFT

2. Call insurance companies for patient information.

3. Input all patients’ insurance information.

4. Make sure all insurance fee schedules are up to date.

5. Prepare all insurance worksheets and attach to chart.

6. Makes appointments for patients according to protocols

7. Solicits other necessary information to register patients.

8. Corrects registration errors.

9. Assist patients with the completion of consent and financial forms if necessary.

10. Files data received from secondary providers in appropriate patient chart.

11. Follows-up on “no show” patients on a daily basis.

12. Routes “Request for Dental Records Release” to appropriate provider agencies.

13. Re-files all patients’ charts according to the office procedures.

14. Assumes general responsibilities for “Receptionist” according to the office general policies and procedures.

15. Meets or exceed the Service Excellence Standards.

16. Performs other related duties that may be assigned by Office Manager and Dentist.

17. Process the End of Day Report

QUALIFICATIONS

MUST HAVE DENTAL EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE OF PATTERSON EAGLESOFT A MUST

1. Experience in effectively relating to people, ability to effectively relate via the telephone and the ability to speak, read and write in English and Spanish.

2. Good organizational skills.

3. Keyboarding is mandatory; computer literacy is important.

4. Knowledge of dental terminology
